A separate, specific consent for the early-access waitlist and the investor form. The checkbox is not pre-ticked. This page is not the Terms of Service and not the Privacy Policy.
I freely agree that Limited Liability Company TICHAT (LLC TICHAT / ООО «ТИЧАТ») may process the personal data I type into the form, on the terms of this page (this consent, version consent-en-1.0).
This consent is specific, informed, and unambiguous. It stands on its own. It is not mixed into the Terms of Service and it is not assumed because I opened the site or read the Privacy Policy.
How the box works. Consent is given only when I tick the checkbox myself and then submit the form. The checkbox is not pre-ticked. Leaving it empty means I have not consented, and the form should not be accepted as a consented request. Tichat records that I consented, the date and time, the form identifier, and this version (consent-en-1.0). Where security logs capture them, the IP address and user agent are recorded too.
I am identified by what I type: name, email, phone number, and the other fields on that form. These forms do not ask for a passport or other identity document.
This consent covers only:
It applies to those forms on tichat.co. The same version identifier is used if the matching English form is shown elsewhere. Registering for the messenger, and using it, are covered by the Privacy Policy and the Terms (including the contract to provide the Service), not by this consent.
The controller asking for this consent is:
The data is processed and stored in the Russian Federation. If I am in the EEA or the United Kingdom, I explicitly agree to that transfer (GDPR Article 49(1)(a)). I can withdraw that agreement as described in section 8. Russia does not have a European Commission adequacy decision. How the data is protected is described in the Privacy Policy.
I agree to processing only for these purposes:
| Purpose | What that means |
|---|---|
| Early access | Review the request, keep me on the waitlist, and send an invitation and related notices about that request |
| Investor or partner message | Read the request, prepare a reply, and correspond about that message |
| Contact | Reply using the email or phone number I gave |
| A record of this consent | Keep the fact, time, and version (consent-en-1.0) so we can show what was agreed |
| A legal duty | Answer a competent authority when the law requires it |
This consent does not cover newsletters, advertising, ad networks, or advertising profiles. We do not do those things with form data. If we ever send a separate newsletter, we will ask for a separate consent.
These forms do not ask for special-category data (such as health, political opinions, or ethnicity) and they do not ask for biometric data. Please do not put that kind of information in the message.
I agree that LLC TICHAT may collect this data, store it, use it to handle the request, update it if I send a correction, and delete it. Staff may read the request in order to reply. Transmission uses HTTPS / TLS.
We keep form requests for about 3 years from the day we receive them, or until I withdraw this consent or ask for deletion, whichever comes first, unless the law requires a longer period. Security and storage measures are in the Privacy Policy.
We do not sell this data.
Under this consent, access is limited to:
The categories of recipients are also listed in section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
This consent starts when I tick the box and submit the form, and it ends when the first of these happens:
I can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing the controller:
After withdrawal we stop using the form data and delete it, unless another legal ground requires us to keep it (for example a legal duty to retain a record). Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it. We reply within 30 days.
If you withdraw consent for a request, we may not be able to continue that conversation, including an early-access invitation or a reply to an investor.
Where the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies, you can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, and portability, and you can object where the law allows. You can withdraw this consent. How to do that is in section 8 of the Privacy Policy.
You can complain to a supervisory authority in your EEA country, to the UK ICO (ico.org.uk) if you are in the UK, or to Roskomnadzor (rkn.gov.ru).
The current text is always at tichat.co/consent. Forms on this site use the identifier consent-en-1.0.
The Privacy Policy also applies. If this consent and the Privacy Policy disagree about what I agreed to for these forms, this consent wins. For everything else, the Privacy Policy applies.
By ticking the box and submitting the form, I confirm that:
