How to get a subscription

Sign in to the Tichat app with your account phone number. Checkout currently runs on the Russian product surface.

Open Settings → Subscription.

Choose a plan — Pro or Business, monthly or yearly.

Pay in the app. On the Russian checkout you choose the method on that screen (YooKassa).

Paid features turn on automatically within a few minutes of a successful payment.

This page does not take payment. Prices are informational and shown in Russian rubles. Current checkout is in the Tichat app on the Russian product surface. For international billing, contact info@tichat.ru. Subscription and renewal terms are in the Terms of Service.

Common questions

Checkout is in the Tichat app: Settings → Subscription, on the Russian product surface (YooKassa). This site only shows current prices, tied to your account phone number. For international billing, contact info@tichat.ru.
The subscription turns on for the account automatically within a few minutes of a successful payment.
Yes. A monthly plan renews every month; a yearly plan renews every 12 months. You can turn auto-renewal off at any time. Details are in the Terms of Service, in the subscriptions section.
In the app: Subscription → Turn off auto-renewal. Paid features stay available until the end of the period you already paid for.
We retry the charge. If it still fails, the account moves back to the free Tichat plan after the paid period ends (a grace period of up to 3 days — see the Terms).
